Now we have three departments developing the R0, R1 and DSP projects of am2732 respectively. How to split them? Because of IPC, we create three projects respectively, and each project must include the other two projects. Is there any configuration that can make IPC compile without error? When merging files in system we just connect to the object files of other projects.

The system project will do the job for you. You can develop each subproject separately. Once you are ready to combine them, you can create a system project to include all three sub-projects (R0, R1 and C66x). The system can be built, load and run as a whole project. The syscfg will also check the possible pinmux issue for the whole project.

You can do the same for IPC Notify + IPC RPMSG, but you have to make the changes for all cores (R5F0, R5f1 and C66x):
