IAR 6.21.4 recognizes/supports new LM4F MCUs

Thanks to Dave @ IAR we yesterday updated to this version - noted many new registers and now "populated" bit-fields w/in past registers.  It is now possible to select these newer LM4F MCUs w/in "Properties > Device."  Demonstrates very nice coordination between TI and tool-chain vendor - great thanks to both...
