LP-AM243: Power Error Fault

Again, I tried 2 different scenarios:

1. Via my laptop connector (which was stated it was valid in the data sheet)

2. With a power supply with 5V/3A limitation.

Do you have an external as below to do a check 

– 5 V, 3 A power adapter with USB-C receptacle

– 5 V, 3 A power adapter with captive USB-C cable

Please note, we are told that you are trying to evaluate BISS , which requires the booster pack. The booster pack needs a 24V supply.

Your complete setup pictures are not in this post, so want to make sure about that.

While it is true - I failed to power up the LP board by itself.

Before running the BiSS-C project - I'm just trying to power up the board.

As of right now, please assume I'm only using the AM243x LP board.

I'm using the ones you provided.

Why would I use an adapter? You clearly state in your data sheet that it is valid to connect the usb-c to my laptop (matching icons).

We tried checking internally with Dell and HP laptops.

We do not see any issue with the HP laptops.

We are seeing issues with Dell laptop.

Can you confirm the Laptop model and please try checking with a different make/model or use a desktop or an adapter.

if there is a a rasberry pi adapter., you could try using the same.
