MSPM0G3507: CCS Theia install missing basic "open with" associations

And now I see why.  I manually set .theia-workspace files to open with CCS Theia and no surprise it did not open the workspace and instead went back to opening a default workspace in a default location.  So best I can tell the CCS theia executable does not accept command line argument of workspace file name?  You need to fix this.  

Move to CCS team. It looks like a CCS related issue from my side.

Hello Chris, what version of CCS Theia are you using to open a workspace file? I am not able to reproduce this issue, I can open a workspace file.

I mis-understood your issue, you want to double clicks on the .theia-workspace file to open CCS Theia with the workspace, and also be able to pass the workspace file as an argument to the ccstudio executable. Let me check on this and will get back to you.

Exactly.  Virtually ALL files can be clicked on and opened by the tool that's supposed open them.  The association should be automatically created when the tool is installed.  In the case of CCS that does not happen and even when I created it manually it does not work.  CCS open but does not open the workspace that was clicked on.

This is not exactly what you are looking for, did you try to using this argument `ccstudio.exe --root-dir=<path to the project folder>`?

I'll file a ticket to track this issue.

Do you mean "workspace folder"?  Or can you open a project directly?  I though you had to open "workspaces" and "projects" are hierarchically below workspaces?  Or can you open a "project" directly without navigating through the "workspace"?  And even if a path is provided does that work?
