Hi,

I have been able to successfully use the boot_dem_emac_rom example to update firmware on a tm4c1294 chip. I am having trouble getting the rom bootloader to work when I use ti-rtos. Do you have an example of updating firmware using the rom bootloader when the main program is using ti-rtos?

Hi Scott,

No, we don't have a example as such for ti-rtos. However, I find this post to be helpful. Chester in this post attached examples for a flash-based bootloader. Although it is for a flash-based bootloader, I think you can adapt to ROM bootloader. The difference is that for flash-based bootloader, the application would make a SVC call to the processor while for the ROM-based bootloader, the application would call ROM_UpdateEMAC.
