AM263P4: SIP Package option partnumber

Hello Team, 

my customer asked what will be the part number of the SIP (flash integrated) package as we could not find the version with "F" in the datasheet:

How will the SIP differ from the other packages?

    Hello Jan,

    The ZCZ-F (SiP) package will have the same pinout/footprint as the ZCZ-S (Sensor) package, which will differ from the ZCZ-C (AM263x Compatible) package.

    Hello Jan,

    The ZCZ-S and ZCZ-F packages have a lot of similarities and key difference with the ZCZ-F package is that there will be an integrated flash memory as part of the System in Package. With this flash memory, there are some pins that are no connects for ZCZ-F and these are documented in 5.4 Pin Connectivity Requirements.

    The part number will be available when the F version of the device is released and we'll update the datasheet accordingly.
