Hi im facing this error is there any solution. before it was working fine i was able to do flash.

Hello Suguresh,

Error-1170: This is usually caused by either a hardware failure on the board or invalid code on the MCU flash that causes it to reset itself continuously. Have you programmed any code to the flash before? If it is caused by the invalid code, please try this procedure to let CPU enter a debug state:

Open the target configuration window, and launch the selected the configuration
Switch to debug window.
Press the reset (nRST) button and hold it.
Click “Connect Target” immediately after you release the nRST button.
The board should be connected after couple tries.

i tried these method its stuck in first time when i disconnect the board and reconnected after few min its closed ccs ide then again opened and tried with switching reset button. which one i need to use preset or only reset button. any how tried with both same condition.

You should need to perform warm reset that means press the RESET button not the PORST.

As per as i know, i couldn't find any other direct working method for this problem.

I will try to check if there is any other way, if i found anything i will let you know.

I can give pulses to nRESET Pin using similar of other board gpio because which you suggested in 2nd link board is came out at 300th time.

May be giving pulses will create a problem because, even if it suddenly debugger connects with board the next reset pulse might reset the core and disconnect the debugger again.

First also make sure all the power supply LED's are glowing on the PCB, if you are using HDK board on right corner you can find 12v, 5v, 3.3v and 1.2v LED's and all these should glow.

Okay Suguresh, then please try below method only. And don't try to give the pulses to nRESET, this might create a problem that i discussed before.
