Mechanical information for the 337NFBGA version of the TMS570 processor

I'm trying to find mechanical information for the 337NFBGA version of the TMS570 processor.

Webpage http://www.ti.com/product/tms570ls20216#samples has a link to the information for the PQFP version, but I can't see anything for the BGA version.

A search for 337NFBGA does not turn up anything useful.

I've found http://www.ti.com/lit/ml/mpbg832g/mpbg832g.pdf but I am not sure this is the right package. There's nothing to link this to the TMS570 (not that I can see at present).

If this is the correct package drawing why are 25 of the 337 pins not present on the pin diagram (e.g. D4 which is shown as having a function , EMIF_DATA(0), on page 20 of the data sheet SPNS141D.pdf) ?

Please use the "Submit Documentation Feedback" link at the bottom of the page of the datasheet mentioning this issue. This will allow me to send you the correct package drawing directly.
