MSPM0C1104: can't compile with TI Clang v3.2.1.LTS

hi, experts:

I used CCS Theia 1.3.1 and it worked well until this afternoon it suddently output errors when build or rebuild exist or new project as attached screenshot, I can't fix this even by reinstalling CCS Theia 1.3.1, please help me out here, thanks.

Can you try to delete debug file and build it again?

Yes, I've tried delete debug folder and rebuild, same result, now I create a empty project but can't build it at all with the same error output.Attached is my test project.
