My customer has a question about PinMuxConfigSummary.
Does the Selected Mode Number in the PinMuxConfigSummary sheet indicate MUXMODE ?
If so, is it no problem even if MUXMODE value are not aligned for each interface ?
For example, the MUXMODE value of each pin of UART may be different in the same channel.
If it’s a problem, can the MUXMODE value be set arbitrarily by software settings etc. ?

Yes, the selected mode means indicates the mux mode that needs to be configured for required functionality. This data is also available in the datasheet of AM243x device.
Please refer the below screenshot.
If so, is it no problem even if MUXMODE value are not aligned for each interface ?
Is the customer facing any difficulty with the mux mode defined in datasheet?

For example, the MUXMODE values of UART3 are different such like 1 or 3 below. Is this no problem ?
Also, in the above use case, UART3_RTSn is 3.3V. On the other hand, UART3_RXD and UART3_TXD are 1.8V. Is this problem ?

The mux mode numbers can be different. It all depends on what else is muxed on the pin.
