Have a current custom SBC design that uses the MSP432P401RIPZ which is EOL and am searching for a replacement MCU. The MSP432E401Y looks close, when is it going EOL?
TI website says the E401Y can only get Limited Tech Support - what does that mean?
TI also has many different ARM Cortex M4F variants in different families (Tiva, etc.) - hard to determine which might be a good replacement.
I need;
ARM Cortex M4F, low power for batteries, 1 MB Flash, 256 KB RAM, 40 to 120 MHz, 100+ pin PLCC (no BGA), ADC, SPI, I2C, UART, USB, FPU, DMA, POR, PWM, WDT, Timers
Would like:
WiFi, BLE - something like CC3235S
Any suggestions?
