MSPM0G3507: how to get address which caused a ECC error

Hi,

From the datasheet and sample applications I see many information on where to read with / without ECC corrected / uncorrected ..., but for our use case we have to know which addressed caused the ECC (DED) / NMI interrupt. Can you please point me to the documentation / register or is it not possible?

Hi Norbert,

After the DED error occurs, you should be able to find the address of the error in the DEDADDRERR register, described in section 2.6.31 of the device TRM.

Hi Dylan, thank you for that hint. First i thought i am using the wrong datasheet as i couldn't find the register mentioned by you but in the section the mentioned it turned out that you just swapped the words. For all the others looking for that information it's the "DEDERRADDR" register.
