I would like to learn that how I can generate stop condition whenever I want without waiting I2CNT register value. For instance, I am receiving 5 bytes data from an integrated circuit(IC) and I am planning to generate stop condition when I cannot receive data within 10 ms due to some problems.

Usually, the stop condition will be generated after CNT value reaches to zero.
But if repeat mode is enabled this CNT value will not consider for stop condition generation.
So, you can do the following thing:
As highlighted in above code, do the following steps.
1. Enable Repeat Mode.
2. Set Stop condition.
3. Wait until stop condition was detected.
4. Disable Repeat mode.
If we do above steps, then stop condition should generate immediately.
