MSPM0G1106: sysconfig tool not cooperating with MSPM0G1106

Part Number: MSPM0G1106
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SYSCONFIG,

Tool/software:

Hi,

I failed to find an example program for the MSPM0G1106 MCU, and ended up creating an empty project which gave me the option to choose this particular chip. However, the sysconfig tool doesn't seem to be optimized for this chip. I see the following warning.

Also, the PinMUX on Code Composer Studio does not give me the correct pin number combination.

How should I go about this situation?

Thank you,

Kyungjae Lee

  • Hi, Kyungjae

    I see the following warning.

This is normal warning to mention you that check the migration requirements.

If you are using a empty project imported from SDK, and change the chip version in Device View - Switch and Project configuration Files - Select Device,

you can directly click [Suppress] to ignore it.

Another tips, since you can see this warning, please try to download the latest version of SYSCFG from ti.com:

    https://www.ti.com/tool/SYSCONFIG#downloads

Also, the PinMUX on Code Composer Studio does not give me the correct pin number combination.

Try the latest version of SYSCFG.

It is correct from my side:
