AM2634-Q1: Device selection not selected.

Hi TI,

I installed CCS version 12.0. Before install, in Device selection not selected Arm-based microcontrollers, Now installation is done is there any option to select device after CCS installation?

    Hi Tukaram,

    We recommend you having a latest version of CCS. Can I know the reason why you specifically prefer 12.0? I would recommend migrating to CCS 12.7.

    If you still want to be on 12.0 and add device support, please follow the steps below:

    1. In CCS, go to Help -> Install device support

    2. Follow the steps and then during custom installation, select the device you wish.

    Hi Shaunak,

    Thanks for your response,

    I followed the steps mentioned, but as soon as I clicked "Install Device support CCS", will closes immediately without showing any installation options.

    Hi Tukaram,

    Once it closes, it will relaunch the installer. This time you will have to select the device intended. The projects in your Workspace should not get deleted and once you have this installed you can reopen and work with your older workspace
