MSPM0G1107: Burn process was interrupted

Hi ，

I disabled the Boot function, but when I burned the .bin file, it was still enabled. I then burned the .out file, and the burn process was interrupted, at which point the chip was damaged and could not be recovered. Testing 2 PCBs showed the same issue. Please help analyze what the issue is.
