TMS5704357BZWTQQ1 is currently slated in a space flight mission.
We are having problem upon programming using the JTAG interface. Once the programing is completed the 1.2V rail becomes 1.45V. The 1.2V rail is sinking current back into the power supply.
The software team is using a code sample from TI.
As part of the diagnostic process we started commenting out code section with the aim to recover to the point where the 1.2V rail return to its specified level.
The LPO - Low power oscillator section was commented out and the rail return to 1.2V.
The Design uses a single crystal oscillator input on pin L1,K1,
