According to TRM, ADC Vref HI can be internal and external. Can you please provide more information about our Internal Vref ADC accuracy? I can't not find it in datasheet.
I also want to check if we have TI-TINA model for AM263x ADC12. Customer would like to use it to optimize their circuits design. Thansk.
