TMS570LC4357-EP: Max baud rate resulting in no output on SCI

Tool/software:

We have been working with the SCI BRS prescaler as set to 1 and our baud is 2343750. However, we would like to increase by double with changing the BRS to 0 which should give us 4687500. But whenever changing this in our testing, the MCU fails to output anything on the SCI bus
