AM2432: phase of different pwm modules are not the same

Hi TI

We use epwm2, epwm3 and epwm7, and we set CSL_MAIN_CTRL_MMR_CFG0_EPWM_TB_CLKEN register to 
(1 << 2) | (1 << 3) | (1 << 7) at one time according to TRM .
All the configurations of each epwm module is the same. But the phase of epwm2, epwm3 and epwm7 are still not the same.
