MSPM0G3507-Q1: Support byte erorr test in LIN comformance test

Hi TI teams

The MSPM0G3507-Q1 is fail in follow test:

Responder Node Error Behaviour (DUT supports J2602-2 status byte V1 (Legacy) NOV2012 release).

Does 3507 support Byte error detect in LIN comformance test? Or new version chip will support?

    Do you mean the error detect for stop bit?

    By the way, have you already discussed with our team before?

    Yes, It is about error detect for stop bit.

    We comfirmed it with TI local support team,they said 3507 can`t support by now.

    So,I want to get support from global TI team to comfirmed that.

    What`s the solution to solve this issue?

    Or 3507 will support this function in follow version?

    Yes, we have checked with design team that 3507 cannot support it because of hardware design.

    In LIN mode it will disable the frame detect because LIN have special part in its packet - break field and sync field.

    For now we don't have solution for this, but I will ckeck with my team about this.
