  While I'm looking for the document, can you provide some background of your project? The LM3S1621 has been EOL'ed for many years. 

We want MSL for component baking. Its urgent.

I cannot find the MSL specifically for LM3S1621-IQC80-C5T. But for the same silicon with different part number using the same package (100pin LQFP) the MSL is Level-3-260C-168 HR.
