    Hi Can,

      I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for. I'm sure you have already looked at the EK-TM4C1294XL LaunchPad. This should be the minimum operating circuit. The schematic is presented in the LaunchPad user's guide. 

     In the zip file below you should find the .sch file is for Eagle schematic capture and the .brd file is for Eagle PCB board layout. The Gerber files are also included. T
