MSP432-RTOS: CPU clock effect on RTOS scheduling

  First of all, the on-chip PLL on MSP432E will not have this much of variation.

  TI-RTOS uses RTOS ticks that are generated by the onchip timer module for reference clock. This is normally 1ms tick. If your task is 10ms then it is equal to 10 ticks by which it will be serviced. For whatever reason, if the one tick is equal to 2ms in absolute time then the task is still serviced every 10 ticks but is equal to 20ms in absolute time.
