Regarding TRM "3.3.4 Timeout Gasket (TOG)", I am having difficulty understanding the contents even after reading the manual.

The timeout gasket can be configured to terminate a bus transaction if the total number of cycles as measured by the gasket exceeds a threshold which can be 1K, 4K, 16K, 64K, 256K, 1M, 2M, or 4M cycles.
