AM2431: There is something unclear in TRM "4.2.3 Boot Process Flow"

Part Number: AM2431

Tool/software:

The TRM refers to spruim2g.pdf.

In TRM "4.2.3 Boot Process Flow," it says, "DMSC ROM then will perform code verification and route the boot image to the on-chip RAM."

I have two questions about this sentence.

-What address of RAM does "on-chip RAM" refer to in the sentence?

Also, on which page of the TRM is the explanation of on-chip RAM?

-In the sentence, it says "route the boot image," but what exactly does "route" refer to?

Thank you in advance for your help.
