Hi Zane,

We don't have a reference design. AM26x has McSPI, UART modules which can be used to interface most of WIFI and bluetooth modules.

Hi Zane,

It has McSPI interface, but it's different from the SDIO which is designed as an extension for the existing SD card standard, to allow connecting different peripherals to the host with the standard SD controller. It is extensively used to connect Wi-Fi/Bluetooth chips.

McSPI has 4 signals: CLK (CLock), CS (chip select), D0 (data 0) and D1 (data 1).

SDIO has 3~6 signals: Cock, CMD, and 1~4 data signals
