MSPM0G3107: MSPM0 Series Pinout

Part Number: MSPM0G3107

Tool/software:

Hi TI teams,

I want to confirm the issue regarding pinout.

I would like to ask if the pinout of MSPM0L, MSPM0G, MSPM0C series is the same when they are in the same package?

Thanks, Steve.

  • Hi Steve,

I would like to say most of the pinout is the same for all series.

While, each series might have some special functions, for example, L might have LFSS (VBAT) system, this might bring little difference with the pinout.

  • Hi Sal Ye,

Because I recently confirmed the MSPM0 series DGS20 (VSSOP) and found that the pinout is different.

The pinout on MSPM0G310X is as shown below:

The pinout on MSPM0C110X is as shown below:

The pinout on MSPM0L130X is as shown below:

Obviously the pinout of MSPM0G is different, such as VDD and VSS, MSPM0G also lacks PA0.

Does this difference also exist in other packages?

    Thanks.

    Steve.

  • Hi Steve,

    Thanks for point out this.

I confirm with team that the VSSOP20 of G310X is an exception. It doesn't re-use for NRST and PA1, so the pinout is different from others.

The others should be similar, only few pins might used for different functions.

  • Hi Sal Ye,

    OK, I understand.

Will only the VSSOP20 package of G310X be able to be shared with other similar series like this?

    Thanks.

    Steve.

  • Hi Steve,

Will only the VSSOP20 package of G310X be able to be shared with other similar series like this?

This means only G310X VSSOP20 package could not be shared with others, it has different power supply pin, which makes the significant change.

Actually, we do not have VSSOP20 package in G110X/G150X/G350X. This is only one supported in G series.
