I purchased one unit of Product TMDSEMU200-U from 2024 and one unit of Product TMDSEMU560V2STM-U from 2022.

- TMDSEMU200-U, July 2024 - from DIGIKEY

-TMDSEMU560V2STM-U, 2022 - from MOUSER

I am experiencing a malfunction (technical issue) with the products and would like to request a repair.

Could you please let me know how to proceed? If you need purchase information (dealer details), I can provide that separately.

Please see the below.

1) TMDSEMU200-U : it was connected incorrectly, and as a result, it is currently not functioning.

2) TMDSEMU560V2STM-U : I am currently unable to determine the exact malfunction.

Before sending both products for repair, do I need to provide any additional information?

The two debug probes are supported by different groups. I will need to bring this thread to the attention of the respective groups.

Hello.

please check again.

The symptoms are as below.

If you need the photos, I will send you.

1.TMDSEMU200-U

1) An error occurs when attempting to connect to the target.

2) LED is on before attempting to connect to the target.

3) LED is off after attempting to connect to the target.

Please check it if you can repair it.

I would appreciate it if you could let me know the solution.

I would recommend reviewing that information. It may be possible that the debug probe is just fine, but there is some other issue stopping you from using it.

A couple of simple things you can check:

Does the debug probe show up in Windows "device manager" when you plug it in to the host PC?
Does the "Test Connection" feature in CCS show any problems?
