MSPM0G3507: how to use IO function of Vref pin

Hi Expert,

customer want to use internal ADC reference, then for Vref+, Vref-, these pin should connect to a capacitor as datasheet mention.

in datasheet this vref pin can be duplicated used for IO pin as below like PA23, how to use PA23 as normal IO pin while use internal ADC reference?

customer feedback the IO resource for MSPM0G3507 48-pin is not enough, any suggestion to maximize usage of MSPM0G3507 GPIO?
