TMDS243EVM: Code Flashing issue

Hi,

While trying to test sample codes in "TMDS243EVM" evaluation board of AM2434-ALV package. We are facing issues with code downloading using QSPI boot mode, could you please check and let us know how we can resolve this immediately.

We have also tried to do Flashing default SBL using UART Uni-Flash through Command window. But it is showing 0% and stuck as shown in below image.

UART BOOT mode - ENABLED

Power ON & OFF done to check if it works, tried to do Flashing again as mentioned in AM243x MCU+ SDK: Flashing Tools (ti.com)

I would need to clarify few things before moving ahead.

Is it a HSFS or a GP device?

To check the process for device type you have mentioned, we are not getting any response in terminal. also attached images regarding Boot mode selection for your reference.

Hi,

So, lets backtrack a little bit here.

If we check the MCU SDK Doc, we see that there are 4 ports which show up as follows:

Now, I think you have not yet installed the drivers. I would recommend you to go ahead and install from the following web link: https://ftdichip.com/drivers/

Post this you should be able to see the ports and apart from that, you should be able to open that port on CCS window as well.
