Hello,
we would like to have one boot mode setting that apply to the needs when developing and debug the application and when we later mount the device in our system.
We have been using UART and QSPI boot mode on the evaluation board.
UART boot mode to be able to write the image to flash and then switch to QSPI to start the loaded image.
We have also used the development boot mode to bypass the flash. But that boot mode can not be used when mounting the board in the system.
Since we need the QSPI boot mode when mounting the board in our system the question would rather be:
How to update flash with a new image via jtag or how to load an image into memory via jtag during development, when QSPI boot mode is selected?
Many thanks,
Peter
