Tool/software:

My customer is using UniFlash 8.8.0.4946.

This has a GUI function to do "DSSM Factory Reset".

Now he needs the same function for command line usage. But he is not able to find the command.

Can we help? This is to get the device to production.

Hi Frank,

We had a similar question a few months back. See the following posts. In summary though, the factory reset flash is not supported in a CLI, but there is an option called opencd. It is possible to do what the customer is asking for.

Hi Dennis,

I can try to suggest openOCD to my customer but I fear they may have issues running the openOCD approach. Do we have any examples or a flow to get this running? With some help I could try myself with a Launchpad. But I need some start...
