I'm encountering an issue with the installation. Please see the attached image. When I installed CCS version 12.6.0.00008 and the SDK mcu_plus_sdk_am263x_10_00_00_35 for Windows, I'm facing a problem with the cloud agent.

My apologies for the issue you are having. Would you be able to enable logging in cloud agent to help determine what the issue might be?
You would need to use windows explorer and navigate to "CCSInstallDir\ccs\ccs_base\cloudagent\ticloudagent.bat", open it in text editor and uncomment lines #4 and #5. Please double check that paths exist on your system (you can create them if they do not or adjust a path to where log files get created). Then please start CCS and reproduce the issue. There should be a new file created named "my_ticld.log". Please send this file.
