I am asking this for our customer.
The user wonders if there is soft error caused by X ray/gamma ray/neutron so that some bits are flipped in RAM or Flash, is there any detection mechanism or preventing mechanism on this device?
for example ECC or parity detection on RAM or flash or anything else?
