TMS570LS3137: Looking for a device programming tool for this MCU, like the TI Uniflash

I'm looking for a MCU device programming tool like the Uniflash utility, but this latter doesn't support my MCU TMS570, apparently.

Any suggestion to transfer a binary code compiled and linked by IAR EWARM, via a JLINK Plus or I-jet device (JTAG port), to the TI MCU TMS570?
