TMS570LS3137: Counting cycle/timings measurement not available TMS570LS3137 / Cortex-r4

Using Code Composer studio (Version: 12.1.0.00007), I do not have the options described in the following link for cycle/time counting with the debugger : Counting Cycles

1) Profile Clock cannot be use

2) Count Event is not member of the option in my breakpoint list

I am working on  TMS570LS3137 MCU, and using a SEGGER RTT Jink probe for debugging.

Is my setup limiting for those options (debugger probe, other) ? or shall I use an other version from CCS ?
