TMS570LS1224: NEed to disable the CAN transmission and reception for the particular message object

Hi Shriram,

Apologies for the delay in late reply, i was stuck with other priority issues.

You can do this in the multiple ways,

1. One simple way is that we can update the ID of the corresponding message object with some unused ID using the API "canUpdateID".

2. The other ways is that we need to delete the complete, i mean we need erase the message object data with all zeros. For this purpose you can use the "canFillMessageObjectData" with data as all zeros. If we do that the message object will get filled with all zeros.

Thank you for the reply, Yes this will works, but it will disable the both(transmission and reception) at a time, In my application (UDS service communication control) i need to disable Rx and Enable Tx, Disable Tx enable Rx, Disable tx  disable rx and enable Tx enable Rx, these 4 functions i want to implement, by using you solution we can disable both or enable both, but is there any way to disable ether Rx or Tx and enable

Each message object can work either Tx or Rx, right?

So  i mean you can independently disable them and enable them, right?
