Under what circumstances does 570 experience unexpected data loss? Our device has experienced several instances of EEROM data loss at the end customer's end, and the cause cannot be traced; Please provide some suggestions.

Apologies for the delay in late response!
The FEE data will not get loss, and i don't find any issues related to it before.
There might be one situation where we can loss the part of the data,
The size of all the data blocks cannot exceed the one virtual sector size. If we configure the data blocks size more than virtual sector size, then there might be a chance to loss the data.
If possible, can you ask customer to share the FEE dump, so that i can verify it?
