MSPM0L1228: How can i resolve this problem?

Hi,

I have 2 questions.

1.
I have tried to PWM output in TIMG0, TIMG5 Timer with PA13 and PA14 Pin.
The PWM output is output at an irregular pulse in oscilloscope.
Other Pin(PA7 or PA8) would be normal PWM output with same settings.
Could you please give me some advice on what to do to solve this issue?

2.
I started only the TIMG0 Timer on PA13,
but for some reason PWM pluse is also output from the PA14 pin.
Even if I start the PWM on PA14, PWM is also output from the PA13 pin.
I would appreciate any advice on solving this problem.

What is your hardware environment? Do you use our Launchpad?

For 2nd question, do you see PWM from PA13?

Hi,

I use TI Launchpad and IDE below.
TI LaunchPad with MSPM0 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ MCUs
IAR Embedded Workbench IDE - Arm9.50.1

PWM is output from PA13.
The waveform above shows PWM output from PA13 and PA14.

The launch pad has a capacitor between the pins as a charge pump for the LCD:

We need a launchpad FAQ somewhere that says:

If you have unexplained/odd behavior on your launchpad, first closely check the schematic to make sure that there are no components there that you are not aware of. Often, TI hangs capacitors, LED's, photo diodes and other connections onto various pins of the MCU which can catch you unaware. Either remove the offending components, or try another pin.
