Hello,

Do peripherals retain register contents when PWREN is disabled? Say for example you configure a peripheral with PWREN = 1, and then shut down the peripheral and then re-enable it, does the peripheral need to be configured again?

According to Systems, yes, a peripheral will retain its configuration when the peripheral's PWREN = 0 (off), but note the errata_err_01.
