AM2634-Q1: Why it stuck at at OTP key Writer by UART?

Hi Experts,

I am asking for my customer. 

They check UART boot mode, and replaced new AM263x-CC Board, but it stuck at OTP key Writer by UART. Power cycle still here, it cannot work for them. Please share your suggestion here. Thanks.
