For the appimage file generated when building an M4 project and appimage file when building an R5 project, what is the fi? Is there a table that explains header information, checksum/CRC, file structure, etc.
Similarly, is there a table for an M4+R5 multi-core appimage file?
Lastly, is there a table for the structure of the Secondary bootloader file?
I would like to understand the structures of these. Would you please share information about this?

All the appimage(either for R5F or M4F) generated follows the same structure like multicore appimage.
As you can check the makefile commands that is used to create the appimage binary out of *.out file uses the multicore appimage gen tool. If you are only creating the appimage for single core than the multicore appimage header will only include information related to the specific core.
