Hi Team,

I am using part no. M0G3505QDGS28Q1 microcontroller in my project. I have doubt of External flash memory.

I have 10MB data which i want to store in ext. flash memory.

Q1. Which size of flash memory should we use?

Q2. Does Micro controller has maximum ext flash memory limit to connect?

Q3. If microcontroller has 32bit system, i need on;y 32bit supported flash memory?

Please help me

A external flash that is larger than 10 KB.

You need to choose a external Flash that support SPI/I2C/UART. There is no address limitation if you choose an external Flash that support general communication interface.

Yes, MSPM0 is 32bit arm M0+ core.

MSPM0 doesn't support mount external flash to internal bus. You need to connect external flash to communication interface of MSPM0.

You can use this external flash as example. It uses SPI interface to communicate with MSPM0.
