Related to previous questions about flashing,

Is it possible from the SBL or the Main M4/R5 program to execute a command (possibly send a char set though UART) to trigger xmodem flashing protocol, where I can then send an appimage and write or overwrite the program?

If possible, is there an example of this I can use to go off of to get me started?

Do you have an example of flashing an R5 program using this UART UNIFLASH SBL or with OSPI SBL?

Is it possible to flash an M4 and/or R5 program to the board when you set the pins to OPSI Bootmode? This is what I am after. Is there a wat to write code or use a SBL in OSPI bootmode to flash/program code to the M4 or R5 core? If so, is there an example of this?

You can take the relevant piece of code from the SBL_UART_UNIFLASH example & integrate in your SBL.
