The accuracy of SYSPLL is not described in the datasheet.

Does the accuracy of SYSPLL depend on the accuracy of SYSOSC?

Please let us know how much accuracy improves/worsens by passing through SYSPLL.

For the accuracy of SYSPLL, it is influenced by clock source, SYSOSC or HFXT.

And we have SYSPLL jitter spec in datasheet https://www.ti.com/lit/gpn/mspm0g3107 :

7.9.3 System Phase Lock Loop (SYSPLL)

JitterSYSPLL SYSPLL RMS cycle-to-cycle jitter fSYSPLLREF=32MHz, fVCO=160MHz 24 ps
