Tool/software:
Hello,
I'm experiencing issues when attempting to flash an RM48L540 chip on a custom board I've designed. The board has been tested, and I haven't encountered any prior issues. However, I now receive the following errors:
CortexR4: Can't Run Target CPU: (Error -242 @ 0x0) A router subpath could not be accessed. The board configuration file is probably incorrect. (Emulation package 9.3.0.00058)
CortexR4: Trouble Halting Target CPU: (Error -2064 @ 0x0) Unable to read device status. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g., lower TCLK). (Emulation package 9.3.0.00058)
CortexR4: Error: (Error -1170 @ 0x0) Unable to access the DAP. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g., lower TCLK). (Emulation package 9.3.0.00058)
The only action I can perform is accessing the flash memory map, but I’m unable to write to it..
Has anyone encountered a similar issue, or could you suggest any additional troubleshooting steps? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
Leandro
Hi Leandro,
I found one similar issue below, could you please check this once:

Thanks & regards,

Hello Jagadish,
I solved the issue. I have an external 3V3 voltage monitor. That one was working bad and was pulling down the Power Reset pin of the microcontroller.
Thanks and regards,
