MSPM0C1104: pwm waveform not quite rectangular.

I'm using pwm output on a MSPm0C1104 launchpad.

I use the pwm dead band example:tima_timer_mode_pwm_dead_band_LP_MSPM0C1104_nortos_gcc.

All pins are unloaded.

But my signal don't go up to 3.3V (Vdd-0.5V) and down to 0 Volts (Vss+0.4V). So the signal has only a 2.4V swing. It is  in the limits of the specs.

Is it normal without a load (I=0mA)?
