Oscillation frequency : 1MHz (4MHz SYSOSC divided by 4)
Power mode : SLEEP0
UART function : 9-bit mode
UART clock source : MFCLK

You can ask customer refer to this app note. In the datasheet, we have the power consumption for stop mode. Customer can refer to the UART power consumption based on this:
MSPM0G and MSPM0L the result will be almost same. This current means the current with enabling the UART peripheral.
It doesn't means the current with UART communication. If you compare these two current data, you will find the current will vary due to the communication frequency and the baud rate.
So I still would suggest your customer to take it as a reference. And measure it based on the real application.
