AM263P4: Debugging Registers

Hey,
iam quite new to Code Composer and AM263P4.
Iam using the TMDSCNCD263P evalboard. Now i tried to get the ADC triggered by a PWM, but the code doesn't run into my
interrupt service routine. When i try to debug the problem, is there any possibility to see all of the registers of the µC in Code Composer Studio Version: 12.8.1.00005 ?
At the moment i can only see some registers in the register view, which i cant even find in the AM263Px Register Addendum.

Marcel is saying he can see the core registers but he can't see the peripheral registers.

TI have not yet put the peripheral registers into the CCS installation for this device. It has been pending for many months. Meanwhile please follow these instructions to fix it locally:
